Belfast, Mpumalanga: is located near the Drakensberg escarpment and 210km east of Pretoria. It has a wonderful and homely atmosphere and is well known for its cattle, dairy and sheep farming and the fact that it has the oldest bluegum plantation in South Africa. Description:
The scenic farm is 245Ha with various dams used for trout, kurper and bass fishing. All the dams on this wonderful property are registered and there are more a dozen springs and fountains on the farm. Plenty of water! The property also boasts 2 blue gum plantations and plenty of grazing. Water is supplied from a borehole and electricity from Eskom. We also have approval from Eskom to upgrade the transformer. We have no land claims on the farm.

The dams are as follows:
- 10ha stocked with bass and trout
- 3ha stocked with bass
- 2 small dams stocked with trout
- 2 other small dams used for birding and wetlands etc.

Buildings
Main Farmhouse
The farm has a lovely old farmhouse with four bedrooms, a separate rondaval and pub area. There is homely fireplace in the kitchen with pressed ceilings and crystal chandeliers throughout the main house.

Managers House
There is a farm manager's house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan lounge with a lovely jet master fireplace, dining room and kitchen. There is also a covered patio with a built-in braai and the most amazing big old oak tree.
This property also has a separate one bedroom cottage with its own entrance.

Cottages
Five upmarket fully furnished cottages

Three of the cottages are each approx 45m2.They are open plan with a full bathroom and fitted jetmaster fireplace. They are fully furnished with very nice railway sleeper furniture.

The fourth cottage is a three bedroom, two bathroom house with a covered patio and built-in braai. This house is fully furnished with quality furniture.

The fifth cottage is a one bedroom old stone cottage with a separate bathroom and storeroom. This cottage has plenty of character and is a favourite amongst guests. This cottage is also fully furnished.

These wonderful cottages, each unique and full of character are a profitable source of income, bringing in between R35k and R45k per month.

Infrastructure
The property boasts double garages with the addition of two huge storeroom facilities. Four staff cottages complete the buildings currently on the farm.

Other amenities and implements on the farm include three eros-grostis fields, a children's playground with jungle gym, a tractor with various farm implements, lawn mowers and weed eaters, normal maintenance tools, various outdoor and garden furniture and other odds and ends.
