Location:
The Baviaanskloof is a valley running East to West between the Baviaanskloof Mountains to the North and the Kouga Mountains to the South.
The Baviaanskloof Wilderness Area lies approximately 120 km West of Port Elizabeth in the Malaria free Eastern Cape Province, South Africa. It covers around 270 000 Ha of unspoiled, rugged mountainous terrain. Starting in the East at Komdomo, the road leads through the "Grootrivier" Gorge on its winding path through this pristine conservancy, all the way towards Willowmore in the West. This total distance is just over 200 km. The area offers a wide range of eco-recreational opportunities as well as a rare wilderness experience!

This land is remotely situated on Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, bordering Groendal Reserve.

Description:
This land is mainly comprised of beautiful mountains.
Currently, there are no dwellings and no electricity - it is not a farm. There is however, a pipeline to the boundary for water.

The land can be bought as a getaway place where one could build chalets or camp sites - perfect for hiking camping and general eco tourism.
The game on the land is all natural wild life, including the odd leopard.

Vegetation includes fynbos, cycads and there are birds and wild life in abundance.
