This small- holding falls within the overall PE Farms district, but within the Peri-urban belt. 

Note that these properties will be the first to be given provisional rezoning into urbanization for development purposes, as the developing fringe moves west.  This plan has already been put into effect, and we should see within the near future the development of the nearby Westpoint Regional Shopping Centre.  There is already a buzzing climate within the NMMM to rezone property if the prospective developer / investor can prove that the newly zoned property will create work and wealth.    This property holds immense value right now in terms of its farming capacity; as well as the inherent value in its development potential.


Description:
20 Ha on Kragga Kamma rd. Subdivision into 8 portions of approximately 2.5 Ha each has been submitted with EIA approval still pending.  It is my understanding that there are outstanding discretionary fees to be paid, upon which the subdivision will be passed.
A 9th portion will constitute the road.
